আমরা যারা মাতৃভাষাকে ভালোবেসে বড়ো হয়েছি , সবসময় চেয়েছি আমাদের পরের প্রজন্ম যেন বাংলা ভাষা শেখে , এই ভাষার মাধুর্য্য ও বাংলার সংস্কৃতিকে বহন ক'রে তার পরবর্তী প্রজন্মের কাছে যেন নিয়ে যায় |

                                            "এসো বাংলা শিখি ' - বে এরিয়াতে সেই প্রচেষ্টাই আজ কিছু বছর ধরে সাফল্যের সঙ্গে ক'রে চলেছে | স্কুলের প্রধান কর্ণধার আমাদের অত্যন্ত প্রিয় অর্পিতা রায় ভট্টাচার্য , সহকারী প্রধান প্রিয়াঙ্কা সেন দাস , ছাত্রছাত্রী এবং যুক্ত সকলের জন্য অনেক শুভেচ্ছা ও শুভ কামনা রইলো |

আমার বাচ্চারা যে আমেরিকাতে থেকে কোনোদিন পরিষ্কার বাংলায় কথা বলতে পারবে, বাংলা লিখতে ও পড়তে পারবে এটা ভাবতে পারিনি | এটা 'এসো বাংলা শিখি'র জন্যই সম্ভব হলো | এদের বাচ্চাদের পড়ানোর পদ্ধতি অন্যদের থেকে বেশ আলাদা | ক্লাসে বাচ্চারা যাতে আগ্রহ হারিয়ে না ফেলে তার জন্য প্রায়ই বাংলা গল্প, গান, নাটক, কুইজের ব্যবস্থা থাকে | বাচ্চারা খেলার ছলে , আনন্দ করে বাংলা শেখে | বাচ্চাদের বাংলা শেখানোর জন্য 'এসো বাংলা শিখি' এই উদ্যোগ আর প্রচেষ্টাকে আমি ধন্যবাদ জানাই |

My child has been attending EBS for a few years now. The teachers have been amazing. They are knowledgeable, scholarly and cater to the needs of their students. At EBS my child is learning both Bengali language and culture. She could hardly speak Bengali prior to her classes at EBS but now she is able to communicate fairly fluently. We are very happy with our experience here and recommend EBS enthusiastically and wholeheartedly!

এসো বাংলা শিখি(ক্যালিফোর্নিয়া) — এক সুন্দর প্রাণবন্ত স্বপ্নের নাম। ঊষর মরুভূমির বুকে টকটকে তাজা গোলাপ। <br> অর্পিতা এবং প্রিয়াঙ্কা এক কঠিন স্বপ্নকে সত্যি করে তুলে চলেছে অবিরত। ওদের এবং যে শিশুরা বাংলা ভাষার ফুল ফোটাচ্ছে, তাদের সবার সর্বাঙ্গীণ শুভ কামনা করি।।

It is a true honor to write this testimonial for my favorite Bengali teacher, Arpita Roy Bhattacharya. I am perhaps one of her first students and it was a privilege to have her teach me one of the toughest languages. Although I am a Bengali , this language was not my strong suit. I had struggled a lot during my academic days and she is the sole reason why I was not only able to ace my exams but also attain proficiency in the language .Her unparalleled knowledge & experience with the language along with her patient attitude made my learning days fun and unforgettable. I was lucky to have her as my mentor.

In SF Bay Area my first workshop was with 'Esho Bangla Sikhi'. I spend sometime with them and felt we still have some people around who are ‘ Bengali ‘ by heart. While doing the workshop I felt, even kids are raising in abroad they have a special feeling towards their mother tongue. They want to know more about Bangli. I tried teaching them something and practiced language as well. Arpita and Priyanka are doing an excellent job .Hope to do many more workshops with them in Future. I wish them best of luck.

It was wonderful to do the workshop on my legendary father Sri Salil Chowdhury's children's songs with the talented kids of "Esho Bangla Shikhi". I was amazed to see their love, dedication and passion for Bengali songs. My heartiest congratulations to Smt Arpita Roy Bhattacharya for doing an amazing job of teaching Bangla to the next generation of children who are based in the USA and carrying forward the Indian cultural heritage. I wish her school All The Very Best and great success for the future.
